We have 2 fish cakes left so we will probably have them with a few peas and fries maybe.

I had an email from Octopus yesterday asking if I wanted to go on a fixed deal for 12 months for an extra £3 per month, that is for gas and electric. What do you lot think? I know energy prices are going up by 6% in January so may be I should consider it?

Sounds tempting to me. Surely staying variable and paying an extra 6% has got to be more?

I have given in and stuck the living room storage heater on as we seem to be minus figures overnight and not much above freezing even during the day for the foreseeable. I'm in credit anyway so no point in being cold.

Can't take it with you Mo.
I have a lovely big house but it does take some heating.
While I can afford it I am staying warm.

It's still raining.
It's going to be a domestics type of day.
MrsP is off to the Guildhall in the City with a friend to see some art exhibition, so she'll be gone for most of the day.
Just me, the dog and the 3 moggies.
I'll have a session on the turbo this afternoon as I really can't be bothered to go out in the rain today.

I have my hospital appointment at 1230, to get results of my CAT scan. I am not expecting good news as they already warned me that some things are 'iffy'. I will be happy if it's not really bad news. I will report back later.

You survived the scan. Don't be afraid to ask about anything you don't understand. Getting it explained in plain English if needs be. Leaving the room wishing you'd asked a question will have you wondering.
Ask about the physiotherapist again. A consultant putting a word in can help.
