Morning afternoon evening, not been feeling very well to day, didn't sleep very well last night, got up had a wash and went back to bed.
Got up again and had something to eat and laid down in the lounge with a blanket over me, but I don't know whats wrong and I have no energy and feel Moby Dick.
Hope it doesn't hang around long.

Morning all.
Very little to report today apart from the bedroom radiator that pleases itself whether to work at all. I will have to bite the bullet and get an expert in.

I have a kitchen radiator 1600 x 450 that I have to take off and flush out , no heat going to the bottom of it and only a tiny bit to the top. Not looking forward to it. It will be heavy to lift off . I will leave it till after Christmas in case I make a borlix of it !

My new toy. It won’t be sitting there. Just easier to unbox and set up, although I might be tempted to wheel it through here to use it so I can screen cast Zwift onto the big telly.

Just had a little 5 miles to try it and was getting hot and sweaty so definitely need the fan on.

Very nice Mo.

If, when it is sited in its proper place, you need some carpet protectors I can recommend these that I just got for the new treadmill:

Morning all.
I woke up at 3am and was awake until 5 then drifted off until 7.
It's grey, damp, cool and raining again, like yesterday it won't get properly light all day.
MrsP is busy, her Tuesday morning pilates class, then the art class this afternoon. I might have to visit the Mitre at lunchtime🍺
