Hello all.
Woke too early (again).
Must put the blue (recycle) bin out soon. For a long time it has been pm when they collected but have now started to come early eg 0930.
Bedroom should be finished today though the electrician has to come back to sort new sockets.

I like lamb but it can be fatty and I don't eat fat.

It was really nice. Not much fat on it at all.

Shopping at ALDI in Taunton this morning and then dropping into Minehead to pick something up from Argos.

A grey start to the day here with drizzle and dampness forecast for the day ahead.

We have just decided that as we are going to be near to South Mimms at lunchtime, we are going to stop at the Old Guinea in Ridge. Apart from fine ale, apparently their pizzas are really good.

Juts off to the place that we got the car from about a week ago

There were several little problem but they have all sorted themselves out - things like tyre pressure being too high triggering the tyre deflation alarm
but the one remaining is one of teh key fob not working
I know it is probably just the battery but I have a policy that if something is under a warranty then I try not to fiddle
If I just take it straight back then I can;t be blamed for making it worse

anyway - worse problem is that the car is getting dirty!!!!

I popped down to London for a gentle spin. The rain came on going through Richmond Park though.

Our Son, his wife and our 5 year old granddaughter are heading off to China soon for the Chinese New Year which will be the year of the Dragon 🐲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Visiting daughter in laws elderly parents who live in Harbin which will be quite a journey. It's traditional for families to celebrate the new year together, sometimes travelling vast distances.
