Book or kindle? I like both, a kindle is easier to hold, no breaking the spine, less weight and less awkward than a hard back certainly. Also get the free book of the month with Amazon reads, some of which have been very good. Downside is it will draw you into a series with a 99p first book then the rest will be 4.99 + Still cheaper than a real NEW book version though. The downsides are remembering to charge the thing and of course needing the internet access to retrieve a book if it isn't already downloaded, also you can't buy secondhand hand books or sell on / donate books you aren't going to read again. These are the big plus with physical books, plenty of freebies in the community libraries that are springing up in old phone boxes, and of course cheap volumes in charity shops and secondhand book shops. Also the smell and feel of physical books, be it new print or 50 year old text. The downside apart from being bulky and sometimes awkward to hold (especially in bed) is the physical space they take up. Just my thoughts
