Good morning all.
Its still raining.
I have a meeting of the escape committee this lunchtime 🍺🍺
It'll be a very soggy dog walk this morning, the local fields are sodden and the brook is close to overflowing.

My cleaner won't be here. Car in garage. Promised it will be ready for 0900. Now its "oh sorry, we ordered the wrong part so it will be this afternoon".

We have enough leftover chicken casserole from yesterday for another meal today.

Just back from my lunchtime drinkypoos. I just have one beer plus a double whisky.....that, with a good natter, lasts me 2 hours.

Whisky very nice.Now there are many many types,So was it a Glenmorangie or a Jamieson.

Can I put that to the test.
The only malt they have is Laphroaig and I would rather drink the water after Welshie has washed her bloomers than drink that.

That is an interesting point.
The pub in question is part of a chain. The manager told me he has no say over what they stock......he stocks what they send him.
