I'm here. Have been since 6.30 but just logged on.
Beautiful sunny sky today, hard to believe we are due to have heavy rain with thunder and lightning tomorrow.
A chill day beckons as I will be watching the cup final later.
Biggest decision is what to eat ^_^

8 miles was my favourite distance. I really enjoyed that.

It's a good distance, there was a local 8 mile race, the " Piddle Valley Plod " very scenic and quite hilly. Memorable for the year I ran it, headed for the local pub and found there was a ladies touring Hockey team in occupation, very merry and in full voice. A very memorable afternoon and that's where I learned the song and actions to " We're going up Sunshine Mountain " demonstrated by the Captain of the Hockey team standing on a table in the bar 🍺😎😄

Morning. I looked in earlier but nobody was about.

Took the car through just past the next village and parked up and had a 5 mile jog from there. Lovely and peaceful. Never met a soul, just deer running around and a little weasel that ran across the road.

Back home, had a bath and just about to get my breakfast.

Morning all :hello:

Nice and sunny today by the looks of it.
I shall cut our lawns this morning and then retreat into my workshop to rectify the sloppy factory assembly of my cheap Chinese lathe.
I stripped it down yesterday, found the problem(s) and shall reassemble it later.
Should be good to go then. :okay:
