Good morning all.
Another sunny day in the offing. 23⁰ is forecast.
Yet another trip to the Vets with Millie this morning for a check up. She is much improved, probably because of the medication, so will probably need more meds.
One of the cats has chucked up in the kitchen so an early clean up has been done.
After that, the day will consist of domestics, pottering around the garden and catching up with the Giro.
We found a programme on C5 last night called The Game, quite a good cast and a promising start. It's a psychological thriller type of programme. Worth another watch. Robson Green, Jason Watkins and Sunetra Sarka are the main characters.

My water butts are getting seriously depleted. I try to avoid watering my veg with mains water but may have no choice soon.

I just jumped in the shower, not a pretty sight I'll admit, and the main drencher shower head is only dribbling. So I have removed the head and will endeavour to clean and de-scale it later on.
There is plenty of water coming out of the pipe, so I don't think there is a problem with the mixer cartridge, well I hope not.

I have had to resort to the hose pipe to water the potatoes of late as my butt is almost empty.

I'm only watering the pots & some of the veg so far. I never bither watering the grass as it soon comes back after some rain.

Lovely little caravan site here on the Devon/ Somerset border next to the Upottery airfield - where the 101st Airborne departed on D Day.

Glorious day again. We had some pretty sustained rain last evening which garden needed but back to warm unbroken sunshine now.
Load of washing on then a few chores and I might make a start on the strimming in garden which is a big task given size of it. That though pales into insignificance once I gird my loins (and other bits) to go at the hedges. That is job for another day. Or days as it takes days.

ARRRG, my phone has just updated, and AI has installed itself and has changed all the displays and altered where everything is. I ave only had this phone for a few months, a Galaxy FE24 and I am only just getting used to it.
WhatsApp is the offender, or rather Meta, you get it wether you want it or not.

Good morning from sunny Dorset☀️ Just caught up again, another 3 pages of comments ( I do actually read them all ). Relieved to see there's been very little smut posted 🤔. Off to visit the Middle of Lidl shortly, a few bits and bobs to add to my tool kit. I notice their Parkside branding is being applied to more stuff now, work trousers, Polo shirts and even undercrackers!
Hedgehog access panel cut into the new fence at the request of the neighbours, camera trained on it but no traffic last night. More worryingly there was no visit to the feeding station or the water bowls😟
