I'm catching the 09:46 bus today.
Safely after the 09:30 'Am I twirly' Ol' fatrs Bus Pass conversation.
No point in driving (hospital parking is atrocious) or cycling (well known for bike theft at the hospital)
Any time I've had to go to a hospital either for myself or visit someone the carparks are always rammed. I don't know if it's staff or patients or visitors but inevitably just about every space is taken and it involves the multiple drive around search in hope for a space.

Yep. Part of the problem, I think, is that it's next to the town centre so there's staff & visitors plus some shoppers, too.
Just go into the grounds looking like anyone else that might be expected to visit any hospital. Or, wander round, in Hi-Vis, clipboard in one hand pen in the other making notes. They'll never suspect you.I'm catching the 09:46 bus today.
