In my experience the NHS is doing more and more routine stuff early and late in the day. Equally some routine things are being farmed out to the private sector. Rightly so in my view.
Mrs P recently had a CT scan on a Saturday afternoon. I'm booked for a colonoscopy at 7.15 on a Wednesday. I guess that means checking by 6.00am.
