You're a fraction over half my weight, and your blood pressure as a touch lower than mine.

Even at my super fittest my BP hovered just below the boundary of "good" and "slightly concerning", but I've always had an abnormally low pulse. My Dad and his Dad are/were the same.

Very unusually I have 20 minutes to spare. I've spent this idly looking out the kitchen window with a coffee and wondering when my neighbour would unblock his gutters. I've already done all the reachable ones which are on my side of his property, if you get my drift. These are terraced houses with the kitchen at the back and the bathroom above meaning one can see the neighbour's bathroom window from our kitchen window. Make sense? No. Never mind.

I heard a scraping noise. Looking up I could see the lady of the house, in her PJs, leaning out of her bathroom window. She was holding an umbrella above her head by the pointy bit and using the U shaped handle to scrape along the inside of the gutter above her window. If she leaned much further I probably would have been dashing out with bandages and hot, sweet tea.

Life has its bizarre moments.

What do you consider an abnormally low pulse? My resting HR is 46, I can drop it as low as 42 if I sit very still for a period but that's obviously a false situation.

Yep, it's dropping faster than Huw Edwards' career chances.

Morning.
Grey and overcast with a faint mizzle.
Hopefully dries up so I can put a stack of cycling kit in wash otherwise next ride I'll be in winter kit and that's not happening.
Dead shrew thrown into field next door, I knew something was up by a cat commotion early morning.
Bit of bike fettling later, the gears are playing up.
Coffee is abrewing...

About the same as you, mid 40s sitting down resting, mid 30s sleeping. Occasionally I've record 30 while asleep, but mid 30s is the norm.

I remember when I smashed my collar bone and was just about to be put under to get it fixed, the surgeon was concerned at my heart rate being so low but the anaesthetist, who was a keen cyclist assured him that it was just because I cycled a lot and was fit. Sadly, not as fit these days, but I see from my Garmin it did drop to 39 last night, so still not too bad.

Riverside trail walked and just having a big bowl of raspberries with Greek yoghurt for breakfast. I never used to like raspberries but my taste seems to have changed and quite enjoy them now.
