Sun's streaming through the dining room window showing all the dust and grot.
Looking like that's today's first chore once I've fed the birds. Put the bin out. Checked the oils & waters on the fleet & topped up the screenwash. Run a load of washing through the machine. Walked the dog. Watered the hanging baskets & pots.

Checked blood pressure this morning
Mke 122 over 63 pulse 62
Mary 123 over 59 pulse 57.
Mike on a 5mg medication dose
Mary on a 20mg dose

Haven’t done mine for a while so that reminded me.

122 over 66 pulse 48.

Morning. It’s to be a dry, but slightly overcast day here. I’ll head out soon.

Good morning, another bike that might be suitable for granddaughter has appeared on Ebay. 24" wheels and a Dawes alloy frame. It's local so I will see how this one goes🤞. Her existing bike is a Frog which she's outgrown.
Meanwhile, much suspense as a council lorry turned up yesterday afternoon and put traffic cones outside our house and the others in our terrace of four, including the opposite side. No notice through door or on lampposts, my guess is a dropped kerb for the new people at No 7.

Morning all.
It's wet out there and going to stay wet all day so my walk is out.
Had a good sleep, just broken for pee breaks twice.
Nothing much on today.
Family are off to Western France for 10 days which leaves just me and the ignorant cat. I have to feed it twice a day and try to judge if it wants to go out although it always seems content to do nothing.

welsh dragon

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Cooooeeee. 15 deg and brighter than yesterday.

A pottering day for me.

Stay safe peeps :hello:

Morning.
Bit overcast but dry and light winds.
So, ride is the plan. Managed to get kit washed and dried yesterday so that's ready. Indexed gears so bike ready.
Just need to sort the body out with fuel and drink so coffee and porrigde on the go.
Potentially a grass cut later if lawn dries.

:hello:Morning crappy nights sleep, I don't know why I don't sleep

I blamed the menopause, but presumably you don’t have that problem.

Pleasant wander round the riverside trail done and just finished a bowl of strawberries and greek yoghurt. I’m really enjoying berries and yoghurt for brekkie at the moment. Nice mix of protein and carbs too so it seems to fill me up ok. I was finding with porridge, I got hungry again quite quickly. Maybe raises the blood sugar too much then crashes again?
