Good morning all.
It's due to be a hot day today.
I'm off to the Ealing Beer Festival in Wslpole Park. today, fortunately there is a lot of shade, although the ale might get a bit warm quite quickly.

Morning. I managed to lie in bed for a bit longer. I think I might just enjoy a decent walk soon then hide indoors again if the heat builds up. Tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday will be the same as it’s to be even hotter.

Had my 1st medicine......now have to wait 30 mines before I eat or drink.

GOOD MORNING ( I wasn't shouting, I accidentally hit the Caps Lock key and thought that I'd own up to it instead of covering my tracks ). Anyway, drifted off listening to an audio book called " Gene ", I expect it was about genetics but the reader sent me to sleep quite quickly and the next thing I knew I was coming to at 02:30 needing a wee, and the guy was still droning on. Couldn't get back to sleep so got up and went downstairs with my current book and ended up eating a packet of crisps before eventually succumbing and heading back to bed. Off to Wimborne shortly will walk up and divert along the Stour before it gets too warm.
