Good morning all fellow retirees.
Another watm day for most people, 28's is the forecast.
Apart from the usual stuff to do i have nothing out of the ordinary planned.

Good morning. It will be ☀️ Started to nod off about 9.45 last night, so after rewinding the TV 6 or 7 times to see what I missed went to bed!! Couldn't sleep. A restless night, I gave up and got up at 4.00. I'm now going back to bed. Alarm set for 9.00am.

It's a bits and pieces day. Mrs P has her treatment at the local hospital. I'll use the time to do the shopping etc.

Back to scorchio. Last pile of washing on, yes it's taken a week to get through it all. Family back later so my peace will be shatttered.
Weight session later is the plan plus hopefully replacement wiper linkage and motor arrives so I can fit that on daughters car.

A question for you.
My eldest grandson turns 30 on Saturday.......how in hells name has that happened ???
My daughter, at 6 months old is so clear in my mind's eye. It surely cannot be possible .

Yay! Fish Friday!

I fancy fish but have corned beef that must be eaten so lunch will be C.Beef, chips and pickled onions.

A very convincing build up... but... we all know, you just wanted to do a skid 😂

Even as a teenager I never di d that

I even kept the mudguards on my bike - and even polished them to keep them bright and shiny

so even wheelies were not possible

I have always had mudguards on my bikes, except my two racing bikes, I think they set a bike off in the looks department.

2 1sts this morning (nearly).
I am on my 2nd cuppa......cannot recall ever having a 2nd.
Just munching a slice of toast with marmalade on......can't remember the last time I had that.
Both very enjoyable though.

The man that died six weeks ago they are clearing out his flat, I find that sad to think one's life possessions can end up in the back of a van and the three men couldn't care a dam.
So in a few weeks time, just like a box of chocolates we'll see what we get.
