How you doing Spokers?

All good at the moment, thanks for asking.

Bloodstream is clear of cancerous cells and this chemo' cycle (and the next) is to clear up any that might be lurking in the bone marrow.

Hospital feedback is that progress thus far is amazingly good - we are hoping it stays that way.

Back up and running again, no leaks. :okay:
Will be a lot better when my new carburettor arrives next week.

Mine was a Starfire bought for £200 in 1975 registration VDG 41J the tank was a lovely metallic dark blue and it had the large twin leading shoe front brake that the 650 Triumph of the same era had so it was grossly over-braked. It was a nice bike to ride and very comfortable although it did suffer from lose valve guides which was a problem with those B25 engines. Mine had a bellmouth on the carb in place of the air cleaner and one day we had a terrific thunderstorm , when I went to ride home from school the engine was full of water, I got it going with a borrowed spark plug from the metalwork master, a Champion N5 - he had plenty of spares for his oil burning A35!

Found an old photo - taken after the bellmouth was ditched and replaced with an airfilter! My mates Matchless 350 in the background.
