Morning again. Not long back from a 7.5 mile peaceful walk.

I think I'll have a nice steep in the tub before breakfast.

I feel seriously strange.
I wake for a pee break, usually twice, sometimes three times EVERY night.
Went to bed early(ish) at 22:15 and slept well.
Woke for my 1st pee break thinking it must be 0200ish......only to find its NOW, 0630 this morning.
I seriously checked 2 clocks and my phone before I believed it.
I feel I have been robbed of 2 pee breaks

Good morning, today is our long delayed trip to IKEA in Southampton ( and Dunhelm too ) oh double joy!! 😉
My reward is a visit to the Dancing Man for a pint or two.
New Kallax storage units for our Bromptons and whatever catches Mrs Tkk's eye. I was considering a rocking chair but getting back up out of it might prove a challenge 😁

There's a " cheat sheet " that shows the hidden shortcuts that exist on each floor, a bit like being in your own personal episode of the " Crystal Maze " 😁
I'm treating it as an initiative test, got a few energy bars and some gels in case I don't make it out.

Good morning all fellow retirees.
A cloudy day beckons here.
MrsP wants the car washed, so that is one job, and I have a curtain rail to put up, job no.2.
If the grass dries out, that will get cut, job no.3.
There are also all the normal things to do .
I'll also cycle to the local butcher, I fancy a bit of steak for tea tonight.

The comments of Mo and Chorley Paul must be lying heavily on my mind as I have stripped the bed and the washer is now doing its thing.
My cleaner 'should' be here at 10.00 but she put her car in for a 1 day job......5 days later and she still hasn't got it back.
Q. Are we running out of people/companies that can be trusted ?
