Good morning all. A bit of a sleep in today.
Another grey, cloudy damp start to the day here.
Dog walking duties across the fields soon.
The escape committee, or what is left of us, one is back in Australia and another one is in Cyprus, is meeting this afternoon instead of Friday, so that's the plan for today.

Managed to get across town just before rush hour hit. Currently in a quiet country lay by enjoying q coffee while waiting for the vets to open so they can administer Geddy's second jab.

Well….I checked my bike this morning, having a ride with 2 pals planned for tomorrow…only to find a very flat tyre 😱
Wanted to get more Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres (they probs have done maybe 4,000 miles, many with full loads of tent & gear!)….found one of the decent LBS to us (Julie’s Cycles) who had some in stock….dropped in, we agreed I needed discs and pads too 🙏
Left them too it, had a short walk & then ordered beans & scrambled eggs on sourdough at a nice cafe opposite the bike place (Clarendon Perk 🤪)…& seconds later had a text telling me they were done 💪
Cracking service….& I shall be on the road by 10 in the morning 😎

Beans with scrambled egg is OK, it's just the egg yolk and bean juice mixing that I can't stand.

Good morning, not drawn the another grey day. Planning on having an easy day as a friend will be popping round tomorrow morning to go for a run. Meanwhile Mrs Tkk has informed me that a trip to Dunhelm is required 🤔

Good day to all.
I have somehow developed a habbit of waking at 3 or 4, wondering if I should get up, then dropping into a deep sleep till 8ish. Sounds good but leaves me very groggy (as now).
I don't think I have any plans for today but if I wake up I may nip to Aldi and I may put my dark washing in.
