I have recently had a few messages on Quora saying that they find me an intelligent and interesting person and the way I answer questions is very attractive and they want to get to know me better

It seems that these people are all
a) female
b) look attractive
c) have interesting jobs
d) much younger than me

I have checked - as far as I can be bothered - and their profile photos do not seem to be directly copied from the WWW

so I'm wondering
has my natural attraction and sexiness has finally become clear to women

or maybe

these are scammers looking for followers for work on????

It is worth getting a home BP machine - they are not expensive
and then you can take it once a week/month and do it when you are calm and not pressured

Then go onto a proper website and type in the results, and it will tell you if it is OK or not

I write it down as well and show it to the doctor/nurse when they want to do one

there is no real point in changing your diet to help things like that unless you can monitor it properly in proper consistent conditions
IMO anyway

Update to the sags of the fibre broadband
They can't run the cable from the pole to the house as it has to go over the stream and even though its only a couple of inches deep, if they do it they will be fired. So a specialist hazard crew will have to come with a team, a manager and a crane to do the job, hopefully within the next 10 days. They will make sure the cable is lifted over the stream. What a palaver.

Good morning from an overcast Dorset. I am quite excited as today I head out to accompany someone on my first Herpetological survey. It's a 20 minute walk in to the site and then 2-3 hours of trekking across heathland to the various locations. I have been given photos and descriptions of the various snakes / lizards / slow worms etc, and strict instructions on procedure. Hoping to see an Adder 🤞
Stout boots, warm clothing, gloves, a notebook and camera are all packed and ready to go, will report back later 🙂
