I presume you have an image on the front page of a flag flying proudly half way up a lamppost
preferably upside down

must check any I see as I suspect the "Patriots" that put them up don't know the difference - but I have not seen any at all round here

An upside down flag is a distress signal and the extreme right groups believe that their countries are in distress.

Morning. It's dark with a chance of rain. A chance of rain? What sort of forecast is that? I could manage that.

I'm hosting a u3a Digital Skills event today. It's one of a series of four we are hosting with AbilityNet - a great organisation for those needing support in the digital world. Today we're covering password management, getting the most from your phone and using apps. All of this is principles and guidance, we don't drill down to detail.

This afternoon I'm borrowing a friend's Pinarello X1. It's the same frame as the X5 and X7 that I'm interested in.

Barnet,
Good morning all fellow retirees.
It's a misty start to the day here.
Today is Veterinary day for all the menagerie.
All 3 cats are going for their booster jabs, so they are shut indoors and not very happy.
Millie is having a regular blood test so she hasn't had breakfast and is now very suspicious.

Morning.
Thought I heard rain just before I got up and unfortunately I was right. Stopped now and forecast for day is good but roads will be soaked so not ideal for a fair weather cyclist like myself but I'll go anyway. Weather looks pants again tomorrow on so take opportunity whenever possible I say.

Good morning folks. Mrs Tkk returned from the shops with a box of Purina cat food. The cat will just about eat it but the hedgehog is not as keen. Whiskas it is then. We did try some dry cat food from Lidl, it must have been dreadful as neither the cat nor the hedgehogs woud touch the stuff.
The day has started bright, I will pop out for a bimble soon, then I need to find my tile drill bit as a friend brought round a large ceramic bowl that he wants to use to plant bulbs, and has asked me to drill some holes in the base.
