Beautiful outside despite the rubbish weather. Trees are blowing about the river is full of waves with the wind but no traffic, buildings or noise of everything.

Nice sunny day here, was a little windy when I first started walking but it soon died down to a gentle breeze. Should be going for a flu jab this evening but the car is back in the garage. It's a two bus trip to get it this time instead of using the health centre up the road. Don't think I can be bothered with all the faff.

Hard to believe but after 11 hours sleep overnight I have just had another hour.
