All my emails are not working from virginmedia and I can't find an answer
I think it is to do when virginmedia joined up with O2, they say "change your passwords"
but that doesn't work.

.....And by magic it's all working again without me doing anything

just wish my sleeping was the same, been awake since 01:00
I even saw my auto clock change time from 02:06 to 01:06.....how sad is that

Good morning. I've cracked it! Finally after 71 years I know why the clocks go back.

It gives us an extra hour to go round the house changing all the friggin' clocks

Simple as that.

The big decision do I plan for a ride or crack on with weights now and go to a spin session this evening? All seems calm outside 🤔

Good morning all.
A tad cool out there, just 5⁰c. The heating kicked in first thing. It's going to be a sunny day though.
Dog walking first thing and then I'll get a ride in on the bike for a bit before catching up the the track cycling and then listening to the Spurs v Everton game on the radio this afternoon.

That's not strictly true as the clocks wen't forward in the spring so the net amount of time remains the same.

Final clock has been changed as i wasn't going to walk up the garden @ 02:00 to set the time on the one hanging on the best shed 🕒

Time - see what I did there - to put all the clocks back.
Currently dry with lots of rain on way so tip trip then empty hot tub as we're heading away.
I binned ride yesterday due to weather so turbo'd instead. Hateful things.
