We have friends who went regularly when they lived there but they've now moved home to the next village to us. Great pool from what I gather.

I was gift shopping in Bakewell. Today going to hit some of the hiking trails.

Good morning. A beautiful day has dawned. Slightly chilly so I have a decision to make. Highly productive morning so far. Ironing ✅️, tidying round ✅️ fish pie made ✅️ stretching ✅️

Now where is my bike? Which base? Which top? Decisions. Decisions. My buddy just messaged to say he's running late. I have five extra minutes to ponder this!

Good morning, grandkids fed and watered, Mrs Tkk has gone to her Pilates class so I'm in charge ( though Mrs Tkk's instructions were for the grandkids to " look after grandad " 😁. Currently listening to " Kpop " music 🤔

It's a nice pool. Heated, to about 23°c but bloomin' nippy getting out & changed with a cold wind blowing 😬

Daughter has taken the grandchildren to Upton Country Park. It's a couple of miles walk either way and the house has descended into a blissful silence. That's made me wonder if we are unusual in not having the radio or TV on during the day which means that apart from the usual day to day noises of washing machine / coffee machine / food preparation etc, and of course conversation, there's no attention grabbing background noise.
