Mrs D out with some friends, left me alone cuddled up to two labradors.

I split my skull open eight months ago, getting partway there under my own steam. The bus station where I'd planned on catching the second bus needed to get to the hospital. Whilst in the A&E, I was asked if I'd mind being treated in the corridor. An elderly lady, struggling to breathe needed the trolley more than me.

If you're getting bored easily, a visit on Monday might be on the cards.
Managed to get an "urgent appointment" yesterday, following the above problem. Thirteen months after the incident, and it'll be another four months before the actual appointment. I'd to offer a good reason as to why I felt the appointment was required in the first place. A referral from the attended A&E didn't seem to cut it.

Just as well it was only classed as urgent.

A chat with the consultant this afternoon and all is well. He wants to do a " gene panel test " as apparently the technology has moved on a fair bit since they did the original one and they can now test for more genetic mutations and they're interested in finding out which genes have mutated. I did pose the question as to whether the mutant genes could mutate back to their original state but apparently it doesn't work like that. 🤔
Still, as I said, good news 😎
