I need a step to do the duvet. I put the two corners into the corners of the cover. Hold it on the outside, as high as I can, that's what the steps for and shake it. Then put the bottom two corners into the open end and give it another shake, job done. If I wasn't so short I could do it without the step.

Good Afternoon, just popping in to say hello. It's wild, wet and windy. In about 15 minutes we depart for Leeds to see another of my lifelong heroes, a man whose words have spoken to generations over decades, a man who speaks for millions - Bob Dylan. I'm hoping we will be hearing the newer stuff - I don't need to hear "Blowin' in the Wind" again unless it is another of his often brilliant reinterpretations.

Our hotel is on The Headrow. The last time I slept on The Headrow was 1978....on the pavement. I was queuing outside Barkers Music Shop to buy a ticket for the legendary 1978 Earls Court concert. I queued for 24 hours. Today I booked online, paid by credit card and have our digital tickets with constantly changing QR codes stored in Google Wallet. Oh The Times They are a Changin'

It's our friend's turn to drive. I'm happy about this, I don't fancy driving over the tops on the M62 today!

I saw Dylan at the Liverpool Empire in May 1966 (you read that right..... 1966).
At that time he was experimenting with electric guitar as against his acoustic one. A % of the crowd did not like it-they booed and walked out.
I did prefer the acoustic Dylan but enjoyed the whole experience.
I still have 2 vynil LPs of his from that era.

Wintry showers forecast for next week @PeteXXX

People keep telling me that but my BBC forecast persists on showing cold but dry weather. BBC will no doubt change it by NEXT Friday.
