Listened to a couple of really informative " Sliced Bread " podcasts today. I nearly didn't bother with the episode on " Standing Desks " but so glad I did as it got me questioning some of my preconceptions on posture. I probably spend too much time in front of the laptop screen, my Garmin watch will buzz a reminder to " Move! " if I've been sitting on my arse for more than an hour, but after a while I tend to ignore the reminders. The Prof suggested setting a mechanical kitchen type timer as you are far more likely to get up to go and turn the thing off 😁
