Good morning from a sunny Dorset, weather app says 2 degrees at the moment. A splendid day out with our daughter in Wimborne yesterday, visited the Burly Baker for some amazing bread and cakes, then off for lunch at a cafe in the square followed by a visit to two taprooms, one either side of the river Allen. One of them, the " Brewers Folly " has a Sauna on site overlooking the river. Far too much to eat yesterday evening, out on the bikes this morning.

Good morning all. A cold and misty start to the day. Set to be similar but slightly warmer through the day.
Our broadband is down... Virgin say it will be down until 4pm. A shame as the Arsenal v City cup final is on tv (but not around here).
I will have a coffee, wake up and go for a stroll.......I will have another play on the mobility scooter when things warm up.

May I ask what the eye treatment is ? I have glaucoma and told to expect laser treatment. I have to see the boss man in about 8 weeks.

It was a very quick and simple treatment, just basically like when they take a photo; only bit that stung was the anesthetic.
Follow has shown the pressure has gone down but will have another check in 6 months.

Mornng.
A bit grey and misty but hopefully will brighten. Seems though the good spell over soon unfortunately.
Had a cracking ride yesterday, I was still feeling shattered from Thurs so went out and purposely rode as easy as I could keeping HR low.
Really enjoyed ride, music on and spinning away in the warm sunshine.

I'm not too sure what qualifies as food waste? Is this the remains of a cooked meal? We rarely have anything left over from a meal.

I've recycled all organic waste, vegetable peelings etc for 40+ years. It's called a compost heap. The council aren't having that!

Have you been mis-sold a static caravan? You could be due compensation. I kid you not. The ambulance chasers are now trying to win claims for folk with mobile homes. The service is advertised on local radio.

This is what our council classifies as food waste, seems quite comprehensive.
