I'm back, I think. Slept way too heavy. Waiting for my coffee to hopefully do its magic.
The weather has let me down as its overcast.

Good morning. Overcast but some sunny spells so far. Awake at 3.20am, went downstairs and after 10 minutes mooching about felt sleepy so I settled down on the couch with a throw. Woke at 6.40. Result.

#3SP is with us today. She's sound asleep in the car, I'm sat in the car with her catching up on my socials. ........as the young folk say.

Tonight I have to help someone in our u3a with online finance. He is very resistant to any change but as Treasurer I have to find away to bring him in line with our Financial Policy. It's not going to be easy. 🤞

Gorgeous here now. The bin dropped in on his way to work, just in time for lunch, spooky I'm sure he has hidden camera's around here as he always seems to arrive just in time.

Once the sun hits my front windows the house warms up a lot. Just waiting on the postie then I’ll get back out for another little wander.

I am half way around my walk. Legs are not good today so my planned 3 miler will be reduced to 2 max.

A nice day here and quite warm in the sun, but, when the sun goes in it gets chilly, the breeze is fom the north and is reasonably cold.

Finished my walk. 1.8 miles. Glad I had a lightweight jacket on, that win is cool.

New wood store assembled and looks decent. Was a bit of a headache getting ground level but seems good. Just need to order logs to fill it up.

Slightly busy day so far... 🤷‍♂️

Got the shampooing machine out to clean the two x two seater settees that we're getting rid of at the weekend. It will remain 'out' until I've done the carpet before the new stuff arrives.

Bulk cooking of food for Bonnie (carrots, parsnips, broccoli, butternut squash & sweet potato) + a tray of turkey mince that I'll mix & match then freeze.

Fuelled up the car on the way to Harleston Firs for a 5 mile walk with the 🐶

Bought a few plants on the way home & potted them up.. (left them in the greenhouse in case of late frosts.
Assorted bits and bobs around the garden, too, including de-rusting & sharpening daughters shears.

I think I'll have to have a snooze now 💤 👌
