Finally stopped raining here ,but still grey ,cold and windy.
Turbo session actually done and sausage and mash consumed, tomorrow should be going to a pub beer festival.

I spent a night in Rhyll +/- 30 years ago. I've never been back nor had any desire to. It was the pits back then.

Good evening. Rain. Mist. Murky. Wet. Windy. Cold. All day. I've checked my calendar, it is in fact June 11th, not November 11th.

Spent the day doing admin, small chores and so on. Went to the gym late afternoon and on my return put my PJs on, together with a heavy fleece and buff. Geez!!!!

No real excitements.

I was a teacher in Rhyl High School for 8 years

which was "interesting"

the area where the school is actually a nice area
especially once the kids from "the other areas" have left it!

and it has a Sainsburys - which makes it posher than Widnes!!

Do you mean the old Rhyl High School?
