Food of the gods. Especially if made with black pudding and served warm with a slightly runny yolk...................which I know is a very posh scotch egg. I'll eat just about any scotch egg offered to me.

As an opposite to that had a ginormous vegan scotch egg at the Cambridge winter beer festival ;lot's of people asked about it and they had sold out well before the session finished, I think it even outsold the meat one.

Can the eggy bit of a Scotch Egg actually be vegan?

I get very confused with what is and what isn't vegan. I thought eggs were not.

So done a bit of pottering between the showers ,checked some more things for sale and pics taken .

Also went through the camping kit so it's all ready for when we go sometime in the next few weeks (will go as short notice as possible depending on weather and trains).

Actually very nearly booked a few days 'Champing' in a church as we found out that both the pubs in the village has Earl Soham beers on and one has Green Jack Trawler Boys as a regular :hyper:.

They are not vegan because the production exploits the poor hens

I have heard "radical " vegans shouting that all eggs should be banned and the hens freed to live in the woods and forests and nature intended

which pretty much sums up the level of awareness of reality that most extremists have

Might be some sort of artificial powder mix or something? Certainly shouldn’t be real egg if vegan.

Or something like this.

Hmm! Typical vegan fodder - something that looks like a Scotch Egg but isn't, in reality, a Scotch Egg.

Afternoon.
After a greyish morning it brightened up nicely and I got a nice 31miles in, did an old loop I used to do when I first started cycling. A fair bit on the main road but it was quiet.
