Thanks. Save me checking. Pretty much as expected. I really haven’t followed any of it this time.

Better get out and enjoy the brief coolness of the morning before it gets warm again. The wet stuff is due to return overnight and to continue for several days. Only problem is, it will still be warm and humid which I find even worse.

Good morning all. Like Numbnuts (and probably many others) I found sleep difficult.
My cleaner has cried off as the schools have closed cos of.the heat and she has no sitter. I normally do all my bedding on Thursday but I will give it a couple of days till it gets cooler.

Cooooeeee. 20 deg here already. Did t cool down much overnight.

32 deg is expected today luckily this is the last day for us. Tomorrow is forecast to be 25 deg. I just have to get through today. Good luck everyone.

Tent is laying on the grass to dry out properly from the dew on the west facing aspect when I de-camped yesterday.
All other stuff cleaned up & packed away until next time.. Probably August with grandson.

What a pampered nation we have become.
A little bit of heat, we close the schools.
A few snow flakes on the ground, we close the schools.
We were a lot tougher in my youth. Schools never closed. The weather did not dictate our education.
