Next day I got the chance to tell him how sound travels in the open.
He told me it was his secretary and his wife thought he was away on business.
Nice guy but I just dont understand how you do that to your partner .

A fried of my wife's died a week or so ago and there is a "Celebration of life" coming up

she has decided to go with another friend
they are staying overnight and sharing a room
with a double bed

So I have decisions to make
a) how much do I warn the friend
b) which pubs to go to while she is away

Watching YouTube at the moment. I seem to spend more time on there than normal telly these days.

Had some turkey mince with a small spoon of ariabatta sauce mixed in and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. It was very tasty and probably only about 5 grammes of carbs. I’m enjoying how a Keto/low carb diet is shutting off the food noise in my brain. Hopefully be losing a few pounds too which is badly needed.
