A busy day and I am knackered. The vampire lady at the hospital looked at her screen and disappeared off to consult a colleague before returning and taking an armful. Got to granddaughters school early so had a pint of Guinness Zero to replace lost fluid ( and a packet of Pipers crisps to boost my sodium levels ( you see what a healthy balanced diet I follow)
Early night for me...

Today will be a domestics type of day then i will be out and about on the bike going up to the market and the high toad.
I shall be watching the footie at 5pm, as it is the knockout stage, England need to win to progress.

Had cheese omelette ,mushrooms and veggie sausages plus a coffee; watered garden ,done washing up and now getting ready to go to that Naaridge.
