Morning. Dry and reasonably cool with a nice breeze. Walk done just around the riverside trail loop and nipped into the Co-op on the way home so about 4.5 miles.
I've lasted two weeks on carnivore/keto but the lack of energy has got to me and I've given in and had some porridge this morning. I know if I pushed through my body should start burning fat for fuel, but the heavy, weak legs until I get there always ends in me giving up. I could maybe do one week per month just as a reset.
