Of course there are limits to the temperature you feel comfortable in cycling in , but these are in general are personal limits .
For me cycling in the low 30 degrees is ok as long as I am moving , the problems start when I stop and start melting 😂.
Re cold temperatures the limit is decided only by the clothes you own. I hate the cold and cycled to and from work in all weathers for 30 years and I think the coldest I ever cycled in was -18 degrees. . Was it pleasurable, not particularly but owning the right clothes made it perfectly comfortable and doable..

absolutely its about the right clothes, in the heat, stuff that wicks sweat so you dont feel like youre having a bath whilst riding is best, and just keep drinking water, more than you feel too, I time it to must drink every 30mins, but thats what works for me, and note it may not even be optimum, its just what works, but others maybe different, but its just dont be afraid to keep drinking in weather like this, if you run out, you can always find replenishment.

in the cold again its clothing, layering works better than one supposed does everything clothing, drinking is still important btw. But its really only ice that deters me from riding.
