Just enjoyed home made spaghetti bol.
When i say home made I had to pierce the film and press the correct button on the microwave.......lot of skill goes into that.

24 here. That’s more than enough for me. The sun isn’t too intense though so the house doesn‘t feel too bad.

That’s my kind of cooking.

I’ve had my tea early. Hot smoked chilli flaked salmon, baked potato, tomatoes, red peppers and coleslaw followed by Greek yoghurt and blueberries with a little drizzle of maple syrup. It was very nice.

Today’s BCQ ride took us to Spilsby in Lincolnshire. 35 miles with a fair bit of upsy downsy.

As we set off we had a “f@&k me that was low” moment courtesy of one of the Typhoons from Coningsby.
