Is it because I knead the dough? 🤔

Is there a groan emoji on here. No? Well you will have to make do with this.........

I do enjoy the old Alfred Hitchcock presents programs on Sky Arts but I do have to mute the sound during those awful adverts - you know the ones :-

Student: That advice you gave me to always wipe my bottom after I've done a poop was priceless
Mentor: I always knew that you could do it - wipes tear from eye

I am afraid my lip reading might be a bit sub par ^_^

Good morning all. I wanted a lie in this morning so sat up later than usual...... well that didnt work as I woke up even earlier  .
Reason for wanting to sleep is is because my walk is in doubt. Yesterday, an hour after my walk my shins got suddenly very sore/painful...... shin splints i think. No warning, it just came on.
I have an ice pack on one of them as I type. I only have one so will switch it to the other shin shortly.
Have a good day peeps.
I feel your pain, have suffered from them for years, but about 10 years ago it dawned on me I only got them when I wore boots and after that I worked out that it was only if I laced them up, I now wear walking shoes for 90% of my walking and only use boots when it's proper hiking and just lace them to the hight of a shoe.

More likely when they are left attached for some time I think? Plus I don’t think they all carry it.

So far I’ve always noticed them right away when they are tiny.

Just caught up on Van der Valk. Very enjoyable again.

I wasn't sure of the latest VdV. There were a few glaring errors in the story line. Sniffer the dog being left in the car, and then bring under the desk before they get back to the office. It did seem a bit contrived.
