Had a great snooze.
Ive been feeling a bit ropey for 3 days.....sore throat that hurts when I swallow, nagging headache and lethargic.
I needed to get out for a walk of sorts and just managed a tad over 1.5 miles which I have to tell myself is 1.5 miles more than i could do some months ago.
I will pour myself a zero Guinness and watch the Chase with Bradley Walsh** followed by the news.

I waited in for a parcel, but it was a no show, maybe tomorrow

Got the ride in and did a 108k with an added loop at the end and got some goodies as well;

Every other time I’ve taken the daughter’s car in , it’s had no problems so we have gone to pick it up early afternoon . This time because I was having to wait for it to, they found things that need fixing so I didn’t get to pick it up until 5.15 .
It definitely sods saw .
