I had one yesterday and noticed that the volume is 550ml. 500ml is a half litre, and 568ml is an Imperial Pint. A bit too minimal to be " shrinkflation ". Perhaps the "Widget" accounts for the missing 18ml🤔

TBH I dont know what size that was. I get 6 packs from Aldi and they are only 440mm.

Well stroll strolled, lunch eaten. Have to admit I do like the Spanish and other Southern European's approach to lunch, 1-4 pm Meal of the Day.
Soup, Salt cod, chorizo, potatoes and pimento.

Main, Pan fried marinated turkey leg steaks and chips

Dessert, Creme caramel and cream

All washed down with a couple of these.

Nice and sunny here to start but now overcast and cooler.

Up a bit later again this morning as we stayed up later again last night after watching the Sewing Bee and then some YouTube stuff with a nice bottle of red.

Usual Muesli mix for breakfast and a coffee.

Got the tip run done this morning with the BH and another test run for the Trek ;

Still something not right with the headset so will need to strip the front end down to see what's going on.

Bit of tidying in the garden and finished the Tracey Thorn book and now on to Jarvis Cockers one I got out of the library.

Also been looking on the net for compatible flat bar hydro levers and shifter for the bh's Cotic as she's contemplating changing out the drop bar set-up.

Looks amazing but I'd be unconscious if I consumed all that in the middle of the day, I've never been a fan of lunch, some days I even skip it.
