A ‘corner cut’
Round Close Road, cutting to Bare Bones Lane
Hade Edge
(south of Holmfirth)
Whilst not being overly arduous, the 'transverse drains' might trouble a normal car, due to ground clearance
It was also a steeper gradient than it looks

50+ average MPG, over the past 2,300 miles!

Ours does about 45 with mixed driving, but drove down to to Annecy a few years ago packed to the gunnels and averaged just over 50

I’m yet to squeeze more than 47mpg out of our BMW 330d touring, however the engine makes up for it, probably the best they‘ve ever made.

This appeared on the home-page, when l was using a tablet, that usually lived in kitchen

Curiously, l can read the full article on that old (Samsung) tablet, but not on my iPhone

We know the business owner, to some extent, they have their BWSOW on the next pitch to ours, hence why I travelled into Leeds for this

Wednesday 18th

Back at the garage, as above posting, as the orange (generic) engine light is back on - after less than 190miles

Apparently, it’s a ‘NOX’ warning now……I ought to have kept my Octavia

EDIT @ 15:12

No charge for diagnostics

He tells me he has no concerns over ‘NOX sensor’, as all readings are within parameters, & it was probably a ‘disagree’ between received (& expected) values
The (post shut-down) ‘Assisted Coolant Pump’ is throwing up an error code again, l’ve had a quote for it

These buttons must be one of those idiotic things that are the answer to a question, that no-one has asked!!
What the heck is wrong with inserting a key, & twisting it?

SWMBO’s Q3 has a standard ignition key, nothing wrong with that!
(if it wasn’t a Q3)
