I had a couple of pain in the backside technicals today. Lots of other cyclists stopped to see if I was alright / needed a hand. That's nice that is.

I shouted at a few people today, asking if they had everything they needed. The bastards waved me on. I really needed a rest.

Wait until summer. When you need a rest just stop and pretend you're eating blackberries. I did this when walking my first road bike up the Nick of Pendle and a bunch of racing snakes came shooting up the hill.
