Cant tell ifmits LPT or HPT, although turning the former to the latter is simplcity itself.

Mileage is low for a brick. MOT history not scary, lots of relatively minor stuff but no talk of tinworm.

Mechanically easy to work on. Most mechanical parts widely available from one source or another. Trim getting harder to find.

Could be a good project for someone with moderate skills, a decent toolkit and a garage.

My steering is ok, shall I assume the tie rod or something is iffy?
Bushes done 10/15k ago so can’t be that….either way 12 months again for the old girl. Last years oil leak I think was weeping coolant(sorted a month later) as he said the engine was clean which is odd for a Volvo.

Said cheerio to the XC70 last night, so no Volvo on the drive for the first time in about 13-14 years, during which period we've had XC70x2, an S60 & a C70.

Now a full EV household.

I've put the C70 on SORN. Im a bit busy with one thing or another the next 6 or 8 weeks, and I want tk do the master cyclists, brake flexible, etc, so its gone into hibernation 6 weeks early.

Thats the 2.0 5 cylinder, a very sweet little engine. Strong, long lived, no major vices.
