That would be these jeans, of course http://www.spinali-design.com/pages/jeans-essentiel
"Equipped with two vibrating sensors on the belt and connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, this product offers new features that integrate into your daily environment.

The geolocation feature allows you to navigate through your urban journeys using guiding vibrations either on the right or left side of your Essential jeans.

This technology provides an easier, and above all more intuitive option to help you find your car or your meeting place, for example.
"
That's no good for the OP. They sit too low on the hips.

BTW, the English language needs a specific word for the disappointment of discovering vibrating jeans vibrate at the belt. ;)

VHS2000/V2000?

My mate had a Video 2000 in early 90's, you could eject the tape flip it round and then put it back in for twice the recording time (like an audio cassette).

Seems they weren't cheap by the look of it!.

I bought a Super-VHS recorder and the recording quality was deffinitely better than standard VHS.

I also invested in MiniDisc, all Sony kit and very well made, even bought a MiniDisc head unit for the car.

Still use Minidisc, great format.

Video disc player, or am I imagining thing's. About 1981

A school friends dad won a Philips Laserdisc system on Sale of the Century in the early 80's. It was huge and only came with one film (possibly Star Wars?)

I still have one of these:

I won it about 100 years ago at a work tennis day .... I still have loads of my old cassette tapes from the 70's and 80's and it still sounds good .... I used to use it daily when I went fishing after work (I used to live in South Africa in a place right by the beach/sea)

I often get tempted to sell it as they are fetching good money, but it has 'sentimental' value

You're right to keep it - I wish i'd kept my Sony Mega Bass Walkman from back in the day, as I've still got virtually all my tapes in the back of the cupboard.
