I'm with Simonali - anyone who has been stuck in one place (especially London!) for their whole lives could do worse than re-locating within the UK before going as far as Australia!
I've done most of my life in Birmingham with a year in York and I'm now in Bristol - all totally different places.

I'll 3rd this - the atmoshere in london is quite closed off to the rest of the UK /England.

Ive spent time down there and it aint soo great - though it does get a stack of money from the gov; AND it has an intergrated transport system !

Still, its something to do eh Walker !

If you've only lived in London, why not try somewhere else in the UK?

I've visited the rest of the UK and none of it turns me on so to speak.

I've been west, east and north and its all ok but whats the point? Perth is pretty much British anyway with plenty more sun. and Also the course that I'm going on is £2000 cheaper to do in Aus than it is here in the UK.

The main reason I am going to Aus is for the course. I also get married the day before I leave, so its a year long Honeymoon.

I do aim to live in Brighton though if I return.
