C'mon guys insurance company's have to be at the top of this list surely. Although to be honest I didn't read the twelve page 'agreement' from cover to cover I was sure 'fire' was in there somewhere and not an act of God, jeez who else could get away with a scam like that and the 'financial adviser' (gag) had no idea where to contact who/what he claimed was responsible. "Does he even exist?" I challenged to no avail.

Whereas, apart from 1 fault when a network switch half failed*** and took their system down for rather too long, I and the 2 people I recommended have had reliable, affordable service for nearly 2 years.




*** The problem was that the switch kept coming back to life and fighting with the automatic backup device which was trying to take its place!
