Dear Tesco,

Why do you have 10 staff members guarding the self service tills, but only 2 of the 8 proper checkouts are open and the queue half way round the shop?

And why are the roast steak pot noodles at the furthest point of the store?

And why has your value thick bleach gone up from 50p to 75p?

In short, why do you suck?

Don't moan on a forum, take your money elsewhere. Simple and more effective.

Well we shop at Tesco and very happy with them
In saying that 99.9% of time it's by home delivery due to our location but never had a problem and they never quibble if we don't want something we ordered or short dates on perishables as they immediately refund and let us keep items as well.
As for self check out, I much prefer them as much quicker easier and not waiting behind someone faffing with purse, payment etc or wanting to chat with cashier.

If you'd asked before climbing thy high horse, you would have know thernJ have already gone elsewhere.

Now, what's that saying about assumptions?

No high horse, just useful advice that if you don't like a retainer for whatever reason take your money elsewhere.
Seeing as you say you don't shop at Tesco why whinge about them.

I used to know a bloke who was absolutely firm that

I buy my Gas from British Gas
and I buy my electricity from Manweb
that is what I have always done and that is what I will continue to do

This was at the time when NOT swapping supplier every year meant you stayed on a much much higher tariff
but he didn;t care
he knew what he did and he knew that what he did was right

must have cost him - and his family - a fortune

this was not some 80 year old person with "problems"
this was a technical team leader in the computer department of a large company
he made critical computer decisions all the time - some of which could cost the company millions is he got it wrong
but his personal finances were governed by that sort of thinking

weird - to me anyway

Because the older generation have loyalty (however misplaced) to a company
