Hello lovely people. I'm thinking about getting a Zwift now we are entering into the darker months to keep my training up. Are they any good? Can people recommend? Thanks in advance! xx

You are looking at an outlay of a few hundred upwards. Basic Smart Turbo will be £200 (Tacx T2240), add in an Ant+ dongle for a laptop. Zwift will run on a phone, but the screen is small. Also a fan to keep cool.
I've stopped my Zwift as I'm back commuting at least 3 days a week ! Far better training.
Try and Zwift somewhere cool - garage for me, otherwise you will overheat. Do you already have a laptop or something ? I started Zwifting after a broken spine (whilst commuting) 7 years ago.

your as nuts as me , mind you i think mrs ck would have told me to stop if she knew i was using a step to get on/off at the time still in a sling when i toasted my collar bone pre surgery![]()
Yes, a fan will be a must as I don't have a garage![]()
