Certainly windy on North Wales coast. My leg motors noticed, down to 18 mph on the flat, then turn a corner and you are doing 25. Fortunately, climbing the hills out of Dyserth, the wind was from the right (westerly) as I headed in land. No benefit on the way back as I picked some twisty back lanes, on minute flying, the next crawling.

And yet in mid Wales today, there was hardly any wind. We'd been to the Eistedfodd in Tregaron the last couple of days, then went to Aberystwyth today before going home, and I was swimming in the sea with hardly a breeze there.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Went to the beach and even though it was sunny the wind chill was bad enough to set my reynauds off so my hands went white

I finally wised up and realised if the prevailing westerly wind is too high for along the coast......which has kept me from going out before....then I'll head with & cross wind up a hill, and have gravity on the way home
