Mayo every timeThis isn't going to be another brown sauce or tomato sauce thread is it?![]()
I totally respect everyones freedom of choice FF & even though I commented I don't wish to impose.Sorry, absolutely not.
In our club it's purely personal choice, there is no lid advocacy as there is no requirement in law or data to suggest they're beneficial. There is strong data to suggest that enforcing lids reduces cycling which is absolutely contrary to what we are trying to achieve. The other Abingdon club has a strict No helmet No ride policy, there are reasons why some don't cycle with them.
We are contemplating starting 'no-lycra' rides however.
Not Simon Mayo the DJ though.Mayo every time

One of the true reasons that I got involved at the inception of Freewheeling was that after trying a few cycle-clubs for size I realised what I needed was a drinking club that rode bikes ... fortunately others were looking for the same!I googled High 5 & SIS Go 'recovery pints'.
Seems that there might be a gap in the market.
Edit.
I will gift you 30% of my new company for the naming rights for Fab Foodies Fruity Ale Recovery Drink.

Yup, I think the idea that chip-butties-are-food is stranger than to my australian sensibilities than the english class system.Oh, good. It's not just me, then.![]()
......(and pie-and-mash: what, there isn't enough carbohydrates in a pie for you???)
Justoh dear, I'm complaining about the mash, not the pie.
As for floater: do I look like a crow eater to you? They are not common outside South Australia, and I've never had one. I have, however, eaten eel pie and liquor which is much more disgusting.
