Seeing as I am full of the lurgy, I decided to clean the bike and get some photos for insurance purposes, been putting it off for ages.

No. I dont bother as I dont see it as real cycling. Maybe I should.

I got rid of it all week then yesterday morning it came back with a vengance

Oh and the fairy came overnight, Eileens back tyre was flat this morning so as I couldn't find the puncture I just popped a new tube in, will investigate the old (3week old) tube later to see if its the valve

Been invited on a club run this morning but I'm in two minds .
1 , I had planned a bigger ride on my own to include Leith hill the hard way .
2 , I'm not sure i'm ready for full mamil exposure
