Tiagra gear shifters.

My left gear shifter is knackered, and looking for a bargain in find either one replacement shifter or the pair. 9 speed double required. Searched eBay without a lot of luck. Would rather not pay £160 for these

If you can't find any, Microshift are compatible, cheaper and lighter than Tiagra. Some people rate them.

The problem is that a lot of Shimano left hand shifters break ( With SRAM it's the right!) so you are going to have to look through ebay and hope you get a reasonably priced BIN replacement.

I have a set of 9spd double Tiagra shifters I am looking to get shot of. Haven't looked up their "worth" though so not sure how much I want for them. Only selling as a pair though, unless someone else commits to the other shifter.

Condition is good, fully working, no crash damage, a few scuffs from leaning against walls etc. Will have a gander at their worth and let you know, then we can discuss if they are any good for you. Will also get some photos once there is daylight

You could always sell the right hand to recoup some of the cost as well.I bought a second hand set of sram levers via another forum and sold the bent old one for £20 less than the replacements cost.

Just sent you a PM with a load of pics and a price (so you would get an alert), but for transparency sake, I post the same here:

Here is a load of pictures of the shifters. As you can see condition is good other than some scrapes on the left hand shifter, this is from leaning the bike against walls etc. Also included are 2 jagwire barrel adjusters for altering cable tension to fine tune gear indexing.

As for price, I just did a completed listing search on ebay, looking at only items that sold, on average they seem to be going around £70-75+ postage (please have a search yourself, don't just take my word for it incase I made a mistake). So how does £60+postage sound?

If they are no good for you, I will put them up for general sale in the appropriate sales section.
