What can I put in them, apart from the trusted cheese?
I dug my sandwich maker out of the cupboard so I could use up various jars of pickle in the fridge.
I remember putting baked beans in them when I was a teenager.
It gets a bit messy though.🐱😋

Tuna and banana. You won’t believe it till you try it!

(Spread tuna one on half and mashed banana on the other and put in your toaster.)
Erm... I like the idea of the original Cornish pasty being half savoury, half sweet. I'll try most things, but am really not sure about your "warm-weegie-wich".

Anyway, the clamshell Breville sandwhich toaster is so 1970s; the cool kids opt for panini.

I recommened: buffalo mozarella, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto and arugula.
All organic, natch. Toodle pip, darlings!!

Mine does triangles (this it’s a Swan branded model).
Might have to drag it out of the cupboard post gym!

You’ve just made that up: at our expense…..
When it was first suggested to me by a colleague, I thought it was a wind-up too. Then we arrived at a wee cafe in Kilwinning where it was on the menu, so I tried it. It’s been a favourite ever since.

Alas, I can’t claim this as a weegie invention, the credit belongs to Ayrshire.
